Listello is provided by Marley Soft Ltd (“we”). It is in early access, and these terms cover the free demo and early access use while that's the case.

Drafts, not final copy

Listello produces draft marketing copy from your video. It is written to be accurate and every claim is linked to its evidence, but it can still be wrong. You are responsible for checking a listing before you publish it, including its compliance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations and material information requirements.

Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the copy Listello writes for you. You confirm you have the right to upload each video and give us permission to process it to provide the service.

Official and map data

EPC, broadband, mobile, flood and planning information comes from public registers (the EPC register, Ofcom, the Environment Agency and planning.data.gov.uk) and is shown as published. It may be incomplete or out of date; confirm anything important with the source.

Address suggestions and the Local area tab use Google Maps. Using them means you also agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Distances in the Local area tab are approximate.

Fair use

The demo is limited to a few listings a day per visitor. Please don't upload unlawful content, try to break the service, or use it to generate content for properties you have no connection to.

Changes

We may change or pause the service while it's in early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged.
