Good to know
Does it work with a video I shot on my phone?+
Yes. Most walkthroughs are phone-shot, and that's what Listello is built for. Walk room by room, keep it reasonably steady and well lit, and talk as you film if there's something the camera can't show.
What if the video doesn't show something?+
Listello tells you. Every listing comes with what it couldn't see and questions to check with the vendor. Add the answers as notes and rewrite; anything you add is used as fact.
How accurate is it?+
It only writes what it saw or heard, and each sentence links to the moment in the video, so you can check any claim in a click. Treat it like a strong first draft: you still read it before it goes live.
Which portals does it work with?+
The copy is plain text formatted for Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, your own website and social media. Paste it into your CRM as you do now. Direct CRM integrations are on the roadmap.
What happens to my videos?+
They're stored privately in the UK and deleted after 30 days. Our AI provider analyses them under business terms that don't allow it to use your content to train its models.
