This explains what Listello collects, why, and what happens to it. In short: we use your video to write your listing, we keep it for 30 days, and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.

What we collect

• The videos you upload, and the address, postcode and notes you give us with them.
• The listing we generate, including the facts recorded from your video.
• If you join the early access list or take part in a study: your email, name, agency, role and answers.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to apply the demo's daily limit. We don't store the address itself.

How it's used

• To generate and show your listing, and to let you rewrite it.
• To look up public data about the property (EPC, broadband, mobile coverage, flood and planning data) from government registers.
• To contact you about early access, if you asked us to.
• To understand how well Listello works, so we can improve it.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run Listello:

• Cloud hosting, where videos and listings are stored in the UK.
• An AI provider that analyses videos and drafts the copy, under business terms that don't allow it to use your content to train its models.
• Google Maps, for address suggestions and the Local area tab: what you type in the address box is sent to Google to find matching addresses.
• A security service that checks visitors aren't bots.
• Cookieless analytics that count page views and a few anonymous events, without collecting personal data.

We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. Ask us if you'd like the current list of providers.

How long we keep it

Uploaded videos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Listings stay available at their link so you can come back to them; ask us and we'll delete one. Early access details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@listello.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Videos of other people's homes

Only upload videos you have the right to use, such as footage you or your agency shot with the vendor's permission. Avoid filming people, and personal documents or photos where you can.
